Visit Bruges Convention Bureau is the official convention bureau of the city of Bruges. We offer free professional advice to the organisers of conventions, seminars, meetings, incentives, product launches and training courses.

Why Bruges for conferences, meetings & events?

Boasting nearly 100 hotels and no less than 3499 rooms, a range of B&B’s and a varied selection of holiday homes, Bruges offers the visitor a particularly wide and high-quality selection of accommodation. The city has two five-star hotels as well as many charming B&B’s and designer lofts with views over the city. There is something for every taste and budget. 

We offer 3 convention centres right in the city centre, with a total capacity of 3,250 pax: Site Oud Sint-Jan is a former medieval hospital, Concertgebouw Brugge is a contemporary high-tech architectural wonder. In January 2022 the state-of-the-art Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre will open its doors. The trade fair section at the ground flour will measure 4 500m² and has a multi-propose for public events, expos and even concerts. The conference section has a capacity of meetings and conferences from 10 up to 514 attendants.
